random fact... did you know lv2 plugins can know the background and foreground colors of the host? so then UIs adapt nicely to it.

pretty neat stuff ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Friday and a bit of Saturday work was making a nice little modgui (html-like lv2 UI for MOD) for my audiofile and midifile plugins.

Happy with the result ๐Ÿ˜Š

And yes, something similar to this will come to the desktop version as well, but later on.

I was curious and tried Vitalium on macOS.
It has the same crashes and issues that appear on Linux LOL.
Yay for cross-platform consistent crashes! ๐Ÿ˜‚

(The same presets that crash lv2 version on Linux also crash it on macOS, and the same GL state mess on window re-creation is there too)

Vitalium builds ready!
Now in the KXStudio repositories, direct deb files in kx.studio/Repositories:Plugins as usual.

Still a few quirks to iron out, but looking very promising.

There are no presets, not sure about license for those. But you can rename/copy `~/.local/share/vital` to vitalium and have those accessible in the forked version.

Initial/experimental LV2 just landed in latest reaper dev build, nice to finally see LV2 in a commercial DAW ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐ŸŽ‰

Finally making some time for cross-platform things.
First up, updated jack2 in macos, success!
Just need to get qjackctl building too now.

(ignore the xruns, was testing many things together)

Recently began setting up an office for work and other things. The important working area is mostly ready ๐Ÿ˜€
