@gcrkrause On my last job I tried to push for 4day work week too, but the developers there would rather work more and be paid more too, even though they were already doing quite well in terms of salary... some people love money a bit too much..
@falktx or they just dont know how to spend their free time...
@falktx @gcrkrause Well, at the point I'm aking enough to cover the basic needs I'd rather be doing fun and creative stuff instead of working extra just to earn more. Unless I have something big to pay for - like a house.
Many people are not able to afford to have a home on their own, even though they work nice paying jobs. I feel the loan market is a trap, but I can't really put my finger on it.
