With Rack v2 officially out, I am slowly starting to write details about the Cardinal project.
There is now a proper readme, license page (still need to write about artwork and CC), project overview page, and rack pro vs cardinal differences page.
It is still a very much work-in-progress, with some details not yet defined and things to implement... but already works for quite a lot of things.
In any case, I am happy with the readme as entry point.

@lienrag Same reason people still go on facebook even though it is so awful, it is where most relevant folks are.
And GitHub didn't personally harm me, yet.
