#Vitalium is a fork from the #audioplugin #vital. It's meant to deal with various licencing (I think? @falktx@mastodon.falktx.com ) issues.
Well, it's the same high-quality #wavetable #synth, most probably one of the best synth around at the moment.

It's linux only and you'll get it when you install distrho-ports.

@Openmastering @falktx Vitalium is a community project to maintain the open-source release of Vital. Vital is dual-licensed and does not accept pull requests, so Vitalium was created so the community can work on the code together. It's untethered from vital.audio online services an comes with no presets. It is absolutely amazing still and a terrific gift from Matt Tytel!

@unfa @Openmastering Need to issue some corrections.

1. Saying it is a "community project" should not be taken literally.
It is part of the distrho-ports project sure, but as of today there was not really "community" to be seen. The changes made in github.com/DISTRHO/DISTRHO-Por are still all by me. The currently open pull requests are not related to Vitalium.

2. Nothing in Vitalium is Linux only. I provide macOS and Windows builds of Vitalium LV2, among others, as part of github.com/DISTRHO/PawPaw/rele
