The worst part about making releases is having to write about them. A little intro, a screenshot, changelog, perhaps some details and even future plans.
Sounds very bureaucratic and boring, and kinda is πŸ˜”

Must power through, tomorrow is release day! πŸ’ͺ

@falktx Thanks for the effort, some user are really happy each time we see a new changelog, and some times the software is so good that you need them to keep track of what can do.

@falktx PD: Just yesterday I watched this video
youtube.com/watch?v=1DJ5aEU-Jk and it was really informative, there is another more recent available or planed 😁

@DavidMarzalC well the purpose of the video didnt suceed, we have clap now which is yet another standard.
but cant blame developers too much, dealing with steinberg and vst3 is so awful and bad, doing a whole new spec is faster than properly implementing vst3. 🀷

maybe NOW we have enough formats. right...?

@falktx Let's hope, at least for this century.

It's hard to keep track for a user point of view, I don't want to imagine as a dev πŸ˜…

That said, I don't have the knowledge to see if CLAP at least bring something good to the table, or is just another burden to "work" with
