For those with a beefy PC and an interest in the Cardinal Synth project, I have a little favour to ask.

Load cardinal.kx.studio/, you should have version 23.05 as shown on the top-right corner of the page.
Do some patching, save it and reload the web browser page.

Are you able to load the patch you saved via File -> "Open local path" submenu ?

Let me know if/how that works for you.
If all is well this means persistent storage for patches created on the browser! πŸš€ πŸš€

@falktx Wondering if number of open tabs plays a role or not. πŸ€”

@falktx

- initial project ran poorly
- changed Cardinal's buffer size from 2048 to 4096
- audio stopped
- tried to switch to a different demo project & got "Exception thrown: RuntimeError: indirect call to null"
- reloaded and retried everything, same results except switching projects works and audio works at new buffer size... until just now when I switched to another project and got "Exception thrown: uncaught exception: 167014192"

@falktx Looks fine here!
(on firefox dev edition 115.0b9)

@falktx loading local patches works fine for me after closing and re-opening the browser. I’m on Firefox 114.0.2.

Nice work!
