The open-source BlueLab audio plug-ins are being developed again!

There are some very powerful and unique processors here, especially unique in the space of FOSS plug-ins.

The official builds are sold commercially, the developers ask politely that people don't publish their own builds (so they can fund continued development).

If you've never used them - try them!
Old builds were on Archive.org (when the official repos were gone for years).

@unfa errr what?

> The plugins here are for sale on the site www.bluelab-plugins.com So please do not build them and put the builds online.

They can ask, but feels against the GPL. why are they opensource then?

@falktx @unfa

I think that the wording isn't as elegant as it should be.

Perhaps it would be better to write something like "please consider developing these plugin is a lot of work, so if you provide your own builds online, you might reduce our much-needed funding we get by selling builds ourselves"

... or something like that.

After all, if it's GPL, they can't keep people from doing so. Same way distros can bundle Ardour binaries.
