@falktx I think the best care for sex workers would be to help them change the profession and sustain their lives in other means - especially since a lot of them are forced to do it - I believe this kind of work is inherently harmful to everyone involved, even if they don't realize that.
Full disclosure - my personal beliefs in this matter are influenced by my religious views, and personal addiction history. I have no experience of being a sex worker myself though.
