for a more personal post now...
things out of out hand during covid and then dealing with all life/work related stress. I was always waiting for life to stabilize a bit before focusing on personal goals, but it never did.
so I went with a plan to do something about it, based on something similar I did before - no carbs after 4pm, no more sweets or crappy snacks at all, 7-8km daily walk. "go big or go home" in a very ironic sense
well, it went way better than expected! 😀
