for a more personal post now...
things out of out hand during covid and then dealing with all life/work related stress. I was always waiting for life to stabilize a bit before focusing on personal goals, but it never did.
so I went with a plan to do something about it, based on something similar I did before - no carbs after 4pm, no more sweets or crappy snacks at all, 7-8km daily walk. "go big or go home" in a very ironic sense
well, it went way better than expected! 😀

because weather in berlin right now is not really the best for daily walks (there are exceptions like today, but it has been raining more often than not), I am pausing this weight-loss push temporarily, and focusing more on balance.
doing it for longer than 3 months is likely stressing out the body a bit much too, not sure.
in any case I will resume this again once spring comes.
