Underestimated how much time it all took, needed more! 😅
But the parts I skipped were all optional if there was enough time, so no real loss.

There are no live-streams for stuff outside the main hall like mine, so online folks have to wait until the recordings are up. Might take up to 2 months.

Anyhow, now to better enjoy the conference. 🎉

@woof I have been using mailbox.org for quite some years now, no complaints apart from a price increase a couple of months ago (they were doing 1eur/month before).

aliases/from-field are not a problem, I can send emails from info@falktx.berlin or whatever else if needed :D
that of course assumes you own the domain, they require the usual "put some txt dns marker" thing.

because weather in berlin right now is not really the best for daily walks (there are exceptions like today, but it has been raining more often than not), I am pausing this weight-loss push temporarily, and focusing more on balance.

doing it for longer than 3 months is likely stressing out the body a bit much too, not sure.

in any case I will resume this again once spring comes.

things out of out hand during covid and then dealing with all life/work related stress. I was always waiting for life to stabilize a bit before focusing on personal goals, but it never did.

so I went with a plan to do something about it, based on something similar I did before - no carbs after 4pm, no more sweets or crappy snacks at all, 7-8km daily walk. "go big or go home" in a very ironic sense

well, it went way better than expected! 😀

@ildus of course, there should be livestreams at least, likely separate videos afterwards but I am not 100% sure on that
